Returns Policy
As a special service to our company and education customers
we allow a twenty one day trial period on most products. This
period starts on your receipt of goods. Should you find that
the product is unsuitable for your requirements, you may
return it to us, however boxes and manuals must be in
pristine condition and you are responsible for the cost of
postage and handling both ways. Payment automatically
becomes due fourteen days from the date of dispatch. Goods
cannot be accepted for return after this date.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the
return is a result of a fault, or error in shipping on our
part. Please contact us by email, or phone if you need to
return an item.
Freight Explained
We use the most cost effective and secure freight for our microscopes. We use TNT, Toll, Startrack Express, Fastway and Australia Post.
Freight costs for individual digital microscopes and eyepieces range from $8.80 to $19.80 any where in Australia.
For binocular, monocular and stereo microscopes freight
will vary depending upon location and quantity.
Typically freight for an individual microscope in
metropolitan Sydney is around $15,00. To other states
and metropolitan centres freight for an individual
microscope varies between $20.00 and $35.00. To remote
areas freight for an individual microscope can be up to
$50.00. Once completing an order we will advise freight
and total price before the transaction is processed.
Warranty
All our microscopes are thoroughly tested before being shipped to ensure they are free of defect. In addition they are covered by our minimum one year warranty against defective components.
